The Benefits Plus® program is very simple. It is an employer/organization sponsored, auto and home insurance program. It allows employees or members of an organization to receive personal insurance through The Travelers at a discounted rate.

Here are some FAQ’s about the program:

How Do I get a quote?

There are several simple ways. Call Fraleigh and Rakow and ask to receive a quote. Follow the links at the bottom of the page to our secure web forms. Fill them out and submit them and we will get back to you ASAP. Fill out a Quick Quote form from the package you got and fax or email it to us.

What information do I need to have when I request a quote?

It is best to have: A copy of your current policy Drivers information for each driver a. Date of Birth b. NYS Drivers License ID number c. Social Security Number (for named insured only) Please remember it is not a must to have all of this on the initial contact but the more of it that you have the quicker the process will be.

What Policies are included in the program?

Your Automobile and Homeowners policies. This includes renters insurance and condominium policies

What are the available discounts?

This is a more difficult question to answer than you might think. The available discounts that are exclusively for Benefits Plus® Members are 12% on you auto and 7% on your home. These are in addition to all other discounts offered by the Travelers some of which are: Safe Driver Homeowner Multi-car Multi Policy

What if I leave my job or affiliation with the group that brought me the discount?

Once you have the discount you will have it until you cancel your policy. In other words you can take it with you after you leave the employer of association.

I have a Travelers Policy can I get the discount?

Yes. Although you will need to cancel and rewrite the coverage through Fraleigh and Rakow because it is an exclusive program set up by Fraleigh and Rakow for your employer or group.

My Current agent represents The Travelers can he get me the Benefits Plus®discount?

No, this is an exclusive program set up for your group by Fraleigh and Rakow.

I know a membership organization or employer that might like to offer this valuable benefit to its employees or membership. How can they get started?
