The Claims process is a multi-step process that can at times be a daunting task to undertake alone. That is why Fraleigh and Rakow has chosen to maintain a department that is dedicated to serving only your claims needs.
The Claims process has changed in the recent years and become a process that requires a dual-point-of-contact solution. Most companies like to speak directly to their clients for the information-collecting portion of the process, and subsequently with the agency and the client together during the settlement/negotiation phase.
